The Riverfest committee would like to thank the Town of Charlestown for continuing to support the children of Charlestown through Riverfest. We believe it to be a worthy cause plus Riverfest showcases our town in a good light. Not to forget that there is a lot of fun to be had.
We would also like to thank all of our supporters who took the time to call and email the town. Riverfest is very dear to us. We as a committee work on this all year long meeting twice a month until August when we start meeting every week. We are all volunteers, we make no money at all. But we do get a warm feeling knowing that our toil and labor will get needy kids into summer camps, give someone a financial head start on a college career, monies for our scouting troops, etc.
